Dyena DMS Portal Instructions

The DMS Portal is used to access data from all your Dyena devices.
The DMS Portal MUST be opened in CHROME internet browser for full functionality.

From the Dyena homepage, click on DMS PORTAL LOGIN

Select Product

The modules available to you will be in the top menu bar.

Dyena PROTECT

Dyena PROTECT provides access to the personnel health data uploaded from the WORK smartphone app.

Viewing of data is restricted depending upon the logged in user access level.

The calendar shows activity rated in order of reported severity.

Click on an entry to see detail.

Displayed users can be filtered using menus at top of page.

Clicking on a calendar entry shows the health data uploaded by personnel.

The last or next entry from that user can be scrolled using the buttons.

​Comments and images uploaded are displayed below the pain diagram.

Dyena OFFSHORE

Dyena OFFSHORE displays data from vessels fitted with Vessel Monitoring Units.

Select Calendar from the Vessel Data menu.

Vessels with uploaded data are displayed on the calendar.

Click on an entry to see data from that day.

The vessel route is displayed on the map.
Use the controls to zoom or rotate the view.

Click on the date picker to select start date and time.

Click on the duration menu to select time frame for graphs and map.

For efficient data retrieval and display, the resolution of the graphs and map is adjusted to match the duration set.

For more detailed data reduce the duration time.

View the users added to the system.

Create Users

Enter details for new users.

Assign the role depending upon their access level.

Users will be sent email to set password for their account access.

User Access Roles

User levels limit the data access depending upon their role in the organisation.

Crew role is for staff that are required to upload data but not use the portal to view data.
