The Dyena Acceleration Recorder measures and records acceleration data in 3 axis for later analysis, providing a detailed review of the levels and mode of vibration faced by the crew. GPS data is recorded to provide time, date, speed, course and position information, allowing a complete history of the vessels operation to be evaluated.
The acceleration data for each axis is sampled at 2400 Hz and then filtered, with the RMS and Peak values of each axis stored every second, along with the GPS data. This provides a good record of the operators vibration exposure and peak loads whilst making efficient use of the data storage capacity.
Supplied with a 4 GB Micro SD memory card providing over 2 years data recording in the standard configuration. Optionally, this may be increased up to 32 GB. Data is transferred by removing the memory card and inserting it into any suitable computer using the supplied adapter.
